Software like LastPass, Dashlane, and 1password can save you a ton of time. These are all secure ways to store your passwords. Plus they can generate un-hackable passwords in seconds. It's a great tool when you start onboarding virtual assistants because you can grant (and remove) access to accounts without sharing your password.
