Cleanetto's Incentive feature let's you align your cleaners behavior with outcomes the result in growing your business by incentivizing your cleaners, all done automatically.
It comes preloaded with the following default incentives:
For each of these, you can set how much you want Cleanetto to add to your cleaners pay calculation. For example, you can set $3 to be added to your cleaners pay every time he/she arrives at a job before the scheduled arrival time, or $20 for not cancelling any cleanings during the week.
Once you set the incentive amounts up Cleanetto will calcluate them in the background, as things happen throughout the day. When it comes time to calculate payroll, Cleanetto will tell you how much each cleaner made in additional incentives.
Incentives is also integrated into the cleaner app to incentivize your cleaner in real time. For example, in the section that shows the estimated earnings, it shows the earnings they can achieve if they get a 5 star rating, or, when they cancel a cleaning we'll remind them what they will lose if they go ahead with the cancellation.
Cleaning can get repetitive and tiresome. A little competition and company motivation will help your cleaners maintain and constantly improve their cleaning skills to get the highest ratings they can, at every cleaning.
You can implement a complete incentive program that is fully integrated with the tools you use every day and without having to do any manual calculations.
As far as we know no other cleaning CRM has cleaner incentives.
